- What documents do I need for a test drive and pickup?
- A driver’s license is required before a test drive. After you choose a vehicle, insurance is required and our team finalizes rent and proration. We then send the secure pickup form for the remaining information.

If you cancel or do not rent, $50 is deducted per started 24-hour period, capped at $100, and the remaining balance is refunded. A third day requires your explicit agreement and can increase the deduction to $150.
Appointments & availability
You may request a new appointment. Changes require team confirmation and do not extend a hold. The specific car is not guaranteed after the hold expires.
